Dibyendu Ash: Surely a Golden-fronted LB. In north-east Indian ssp. the amount of orange in the forecrown is more and in southern Indian nominate race it is less in contrast.

Elena Shnayder: I'm not 100% sure I made a correct ID of the species. Because of a very pale (pinkish) bill-tip, I have a doubt.

Askar Isabekov: OK. Pavel, please look avibase taxonmy (link), which recognaze refectus as part of species (?) named as Buteo [buteo, refectus, japonicus, bannermani or socotraensis]. Absolutely unclear situation. Why this bird is not japonicus? Good question in my opinion. [....]
